Let Me Breathe – Joss Stone (Doctrus Remix)

This track was originally created as part of a competition from Indaba who is no longer with us, to quote Indaba: ‘The Indaba Music community is made of 1.2 million music producers – from emerging artists to Grammy Award winners. We are committed to giving musicians the tools, resources, and opportunties they need to create music in the 21st cenutry.’

Going for a smooth sound with more focus on the vocals, adding my usual Electronica influences. Really like how it turned out, hope you feel the same! Enjoy 🙂

“‘Trippin’ on You’ is a story about the strong bond between two people who love each other. Whether it’s a romantic love, or the love shared between close friends, it ties people together and has the unique ability to make them stronger.

Wow, Kayla Hope’s vocals on the original are just awesome, so enjoyed remixing this track! Added my favourite electronica spin for this version. Enjoy 😀

…This output is not available, since Indaba closed, however, this was a great collaboration with an Indaba multi-award winning artist:  cOokie marsZter. Our styles overlap with his ambient electronic and house music genres.  So when cOookie asked, I thought lets do it! , Our finished work was an Electronica version of the above song,  Really pleased how this has turned out with the electro bass, vocal chops and spinning arps! Enjoy 😀

New percussion, extra synths and tweaks. Went for a rock sound, but kept the original feel as I really liked it. Hope you approve 🙂
